there are two options really about t-shirts
cheap option which would need little organisation centrally - would be to design a transer logo - which could be downloaded and then printed onto -shirt transfer paper and people could iron them onto thier own t-shirts themselves - you can pick up the papers pretty much anywhere.
or get them done and charge people - we have done this at work, but that means someone dealing with orders etc..
