cemetery lookup - Broadway, Worcestershire
« on: Wednesday 23 May 07 17:00 BST (UK) »
Is there anyone available to do a cemetery lookup for Broadway, Worcestershire??  I am looking for a burial location for Sydney Godfrey Bailey, who died on 6 June 1985.  At one time he and his wife, Margaret, lived in Broadway, and I am hoping that he might have been buried near her.  I do not know the name of the cemetery, but I believe that they would have belonged to either the Anglican or United Church.  It would be nice to have Margaret's info also, but I have no idea of when she passed away.   thanks   Marge

Hi Marge

My colleagues and I went fora little lunchtime outing & wandered around the cemetery, which is a little way out of Broadway on the Snowshill Road.  Sadly we didn't find your BAILEYs, although a few of the graves and cremations are unmarked by stones or memorials.

If you can come up with a bit more information I will happily go back for another look.

I can;t absolutely swear that they are not there...

Kind regards, Arranroots  ;)
