Olivia Winslow

I am trying to find the marriage of a Olivia Winslow & a John Jacobs in London possibly Whitechapel/Lambeth area.  So far I have found a Rebekah Winslow who married a John Jacobs Sept q 1883 in Whitechapel.  On my great great grandmothers birth certificate 17 Jan 1893 mothers name Olivia.  Could Rebekah & Olivia be one & the same person.  Would anyone be willing to look this up for me?

Have you any idea when Olivia/Rebekah would have been born?
Have you found her on any census at all.1871/81/91 or 1901?
Any other clues such as her fathers name or brothers or sisters,all could be of some help in tracking her down.Was she always in the London area or could she have moved from somewhere else.

What about brothers and sisters of your great great grandma,around 1890 ish.Was she the first born? So we can pinpoint them on the 1891 census, Regards

Rebecca(Olivia) Winslow appears on the 1901 Census, with her husband & children- John b 1884, Amelia b 1886, Katherina b 1887 Edward B 1891, Florence Henrietta (GGGrandmother) b 17 Jan 1893, Rose b1896 Adelaide b 1900. 
Rebecca & John both supposedly born in London City.  Rebecca(Rebekah/Olivia/Lydia all names appears by) born 1864 & John Jacobs B1861.  I have been hunting their birth dates but as yet not been able to find them or their parents.

So it would seem that Rebecca also used the name Olivia, unless the husband gave the info and couldn't remember who he married.
