Hi Ashley

Someone transcribed all of the Metcalfes from that parish, so it's their interpretation of what they were reading. I think Muker is the most probable place. One of the Entries says 'upon Swale'.

Funnily enough, I have a transcript of some of the Muker parish records too. There are a couple of possibilities:

Baptism: 16 Dec 1773 James Son of Rev Lister Metcalfe of Muker.
26 March 1775 James son of James and Ruth Metcalfe, Tailor of Muker (very promising!!!)

The next one is in 1784 (11 July) son of John and Mary Farmer of Oxnop

It doesn't look like James and Ruth were married in Muker, or at least, it's not in the info I have.

I think the 'upon Swale' confirms my theory that it is Muker.  I'm pretty sure it must be James and Ruth not just because he is a tailor, but also on the IGI there is a death ref for the one b 1773 in 1798!!
