Passenger lists for ships arriving Port Chalmers

I'm searching for information regarding a James and Daniel Spence (brothers)who sailed as assisted Immigrants from Glasgow 1868 on the ship 'Carabou'
They arrived at Port Chalmers, Dundedan 17th June 1868.
There is no information re passengers on the list of the ship leaving Glasgow. Is it possible that there could be a record of passengers disembarking at Port Chamers
Be very grateful for any help given

Many thanks for the link but sadly the date I'm looking for is June 1868
and their records dont go back as far as that. ( just hope I've not made a mistake when looking up that site  )

have you tried getting in touch with the Port Chalmers museum ? They might have a copy of the records, they sell a lot of little booklets with info on, also some great old postcards ...the other place to try is the Dunedin library as they have all the info on fiche and I know they have the incoming boats as I have searched them myself when I was down there, they might do a search for you for a fee?

Thank you all for your suggestions I'm taking a note of them for further reference if I ever need it. I thought I had posted saying that I did get help from this site, (perhaps it was posted on another thread) where they originally came from in Scotland, etc and I passed all the information onto my friend in NZ and from that she found out more infromation over there.
Sorry for the delay in replying but I have been on holiday.
