Hi Pru,

I have just found this page and find this idea of victorian photo site tremendous but could not get into it. 
I wondered if you have any old photo's of travelliing theatre folk on there?  My family were the Wells and they had a portable theatre, movong around the midlands for about 2 half decades or more.  Joseph Wells and his wife Maria were my grea greats and i would love to know what they looked like;  Eise

As far as I remember, there are no pictures of travelling folk amongst the photos I have, at least not specifically - there are hundreds of unnamed people in the photos, but nothing that says "traveller" to me    Hopefully one day soon you'll be able to look through them for yourself!  We are still waiting, though...

What a wonderful collection, thank you so much for sharing them with us.  There is something about old photographs, far better than todays so called photographers and this collection is a joy to view.  Well done and thanks for posting them.
