ETTERSHANK Burial

I am looking for the place of burial of John Ettershank, who died in the house of his daughter Amy Ettershank. Amy was married to Samuel Chew Hooper; their home was Scotsbridge House, Rickmansworth. He died 8 July 1912. I assume Amy died about the same time, because her husband was on a shipping list in Canada soon thereafter, with his daughter and a nurse, and he is listed as a widower. If you have any information of any of these people I would be most grateful.

I'm not sure if this will be of any help to you but Scotsbridge House is situated on Scots Hill, Croxley Green.

Croxley is between Watford & Rickmansworth. There is a Parish Church, All Saints, but as it has no burial ground most of the inhabitants of Croxley were buried at Rickmansworth cemetery, Chorleywood Road, Rickmansworth.

From Free BMD there is a death of Amy Hooper June qtr 1912 Watford 3a 726. Could father & daughter be buried together, I wonder.

It might be worth you contacting Three Rivers Council, Rickmansworth, they may be able to help you in locating the grave/s
