Hi
I have looked on scotlands people and found;
1938 Kerr Elizabeth Harrity F 61 Springburn
If you looked at the death certificate you could see who signed and this might give yoy a clue about her children.
I also found in 1901 Calton;
John Kerr 30 bglasgow stereotyper
Elizabeth h Kerr 24 bglasgow
William Kerr 6 bglasgow
John Kerr 4 Bglasgow
Matthew Kerr 2 bglasgow

I wasn't sure if you already knew this.
I couold look on ancestorsonboard for the ones who might have gone abroad if you like.
Maybe you could search for the kids marriage certificates to see if they married before they moved away.

new to this chat room and not very skilled in its workings but I would like to say hallo and introduce myself as a descendant of john and catherine,their 1st born Patrick being my great grandfather,his son,Thomas was my grandfather and Elizabeth ,who married John davidsonKerr was his auntie.We then have my father Bernard,deceased.I live in Sheffield as did my grandfather.
Patrick was married twice,1st to elizabeth Macauley,died of TB 28yrs and then to Eliza maxwell.2children to 1st marr.4 to 2nd.1 to Sheffield 1 to Wales 3 to America plus Eliza.
Your info re Australian relatives is new to me as I have only touched on both Elizabeth Harrity and her sister catherine.
I have found and visited family in Glasgow and  Wales and hope to find more.I hope you reply to this and tell me how to be of help or how to progress.
