                No real improvement.
          For future reference always scan in colour mode and at 300d.p.i
   at least.

Thanks so much Tomkin!!  Unfortunately I don't have the original. This is the only copy I have and it was sent to me through the e-mail.  I wish I did have the original though! Do you think it will make a difference if I print out the copy I have and scanned it at 300 dpi??

Scan at 300 plus for restores please. Scan at larger dpi for small photos. Don't forget to crop the scanner bed out! (Them's the white bits)
