I have just posted a second picture of the same family less the father, the missing little boy is in the same position with his mother, maybe you could do something with him from that photo.

Just downloaded it Baz. I think we could take the faces from them all. The father's face is fine on this one so........watch this space.

Hi Gadget,
                   I only just spotted it.I'm transcribing 1840 births
 at the moment. I had just finished one register and decided to
 check my e-mails which I do intermittently & couldn't resist
           Wish Bazza had done this earlier but it's our fault for not asking,
  don't know why I forgot.  I'll have to ask Poll for some tablets.

I've taken Colin's version and added the little lad's face and dressed him a bit more. Still not very happy, though. The texture and detail of the two photos are so different. I tried smoothing a bit to reduce difference but

Re-adjusted but think I'll blur him to fit in a bit better. Now blurred!

First attempts .... aren't dreadfully rainy days good for the concentration .... but the original image of the boy on the right is too far gone really ...
