Just checked St Peters Wolverhampton Church records for a marriage William Hall /Jane and came across only one up to 1838
William John Hall (b) Jane Cork(s) 8th July 1823
Witness William John Hall / Samuel Hancher
This would put William at about 16 years at marriage so possible

Thanks for that info on William. Elizabeth Hall is a later child of Jabez she was 1 on the 1881 census, confusingly they also had a child called Lizzie aged 4 on the 1881 census. Thanks heaps you have been a great help in tracing my Ralph connection. So it seems William Ralph was my Great Granfathers Brother in Law and not his cousin after all. bye for now Mike ;D
