Moore family West Derby

My mother was born in 1930, parents were living on 92 Irlam Road.  The Registration District is West Derby, sub-district  Bootle, County of Bootle.  What is the best way to trace her family tree? Help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks. Kate

West Derby/Bootle are in the Liverpool area, so perhaps you'd be better off posting this queery on a different county board...Lancashire I think! Not sure any of us Derbyshire folk can help I'm afraid!
