Lambeth Cemetery look-up
« on: Wednesday 02 May 07 18:44 BST (UK) »
Does anybody live near the Lambeth Cemetery and are able to visit a grave and see if there is a stone on it.  The name is Robert Woodley who died aged 47 in 1918.  The grave number is 285 and there is also what appears to be H3rd or H13rd after the grave number.  Any help with this would be most appreciated.
Thanks

Hello

As you have the details of the plots and dates of iterrment and just want to know if there is a headstone you could try contacting Lambeth cemetery services directly, see website below.

http://www.lambeth.gov.uk/Services/CommunityLiving/DeathsFuneralsCremations/BurialsCremations_EXTRA.htm

They make a charge for lookups but you're one step ahead with the details and they may waive their fee as this is not their 'usual ' type of request' and there is little time consuming research to be done.

Let us know how you get on.
