I voted for York and another place.

I would be quite happy to travel somewhere in Wales - it's not too far for me.  I live next  to the Powys border anyway.

I might manage York but I would prefer it if I could travel with someone - not the best long distance driver by myself :-[ :-[ :-[

I would consider London too, but depends on what time of year purely because of the costs involved.

Jan :)

P.S.  I don't want to miss the next on LOL

I'm all for London (1st Choice) and York (2nd Choice). Basically, I'll go wherever the meet will be.

London, York - both good.

As a 3rd I said "other" as I don't really mind where.  But can we avoid branch (lol) lines for those of us travelling a long distance.  I'd get more from the day, time wise, if I there is a main rail station.

Cheers,
Pam

I will 'go with the flow' wherever it is, but York is my favourite!   I do realise that York will be difficult for people travelling from the south, just as London will be for the northerners - as well as being more expensive, which might be a critical criteria for some people.   The middle of the country would be fairer for all - maybe Ironbridge Gorge could be a possibility or somewhere in Derbyshire?

Ironbridge Gorge would be great, and it is a beautiful place.   That would take me about 25 minutes in the car!!!!!!!!!!
