Looking for George Reilly Reiley Riley born 1809-11 left cork and came to Canada in 1830 landed at Halifax NS then inland to Ontario, Renfrew county then Hastings County where he died 1886 in Purdy. Married Elizabeth Higgison also from Ireland(is said he met her on the boat). Where can I get the census  records from Cork in 1821 or around there? Thanks a bunch

The earliest surviving complete census is 1901. In 1821, it would just have been numbers recorded, not names. 1841-1891 were destroyed over time.

You could try the Tithe Applotment records for head of household but they are by parish so you need a parish.
