Orpington, Kent - Fox's Brewery during WWI
« on: Wednesday 04 April 07 15:58 BST (UK) »
I have a copy photo showing WWI soldiers eating a meal.  On the reverse it says "Green St Green Orpington 1914 - 18 War.  Probably Fox's Brewery"

I will happily pass on to anyone interested.

How brilliant. One of my great uncles worked for Fox's, he lived in Green St Green, in Ash Road. I'd love it if you've still got it but probably haven't by now!

I'm really sorry, I gave it a while back to someone whose family came from the area.
