My Charles Hampton married Mary Ann Whithorn  Nov 1834 at Millbrook.  He was born in Nth Baddesley 1802  to John Hampton & Elizabeth Norris, & she born 1809 at Nursling.  They had 4 children William, Charles ,John & Maryann.   I'm wondering if someone has acces to information about her parents.

Hello Bev;  I don't know whether you still need this information - I realise the post is now rather old  :(    However, I have a copy of the bishops transcripts for Nursling and found:

Mary Whitehorn  baptised  16 June  1811  Nursling,  parents James Whitehorn and Ann.

James Whithorn  married 9 March 1809  Nursling,  to Ann Richards.

Hope this helps  :)

Thanks very much  Mum44. I have been rather slack with genealogy lately.   And your info is great.   I had those names of the parents but with NO proof.
  Much appreciated.
