I was given the book.
All Docks offices had registers with info on employees I wish I had them all. Don't know about Swansea or really much of Cardiff . Just use it to look up for people sometimes they are lucky some times not. I had no family members working in or around the Docks area of Cardiff. they where all miners.
So cannot help you much more.

Sorry there are no policemen registered in this book. But did look for the surnames neither names are entered in this Register.

Do you have any record of Patrick Donovan who was a coal trimmer at Cardiff Docks . He died aged 63 in 1930
