There are a lot of William's I checked each one their date of birth does not match youngest born 1865. Also no William Charles or Charles william.
He just not in this registrey.

The following has come into my possesion
B.R Shipping Staff Register No.2
It gives  limited information on staff working in the Docks
Date of birth ..date of employment...job...and how much paid.
If anyone has  a relative that worked in the docks let me know and I will look up the name.
This is one entry..
John Channing born June 13th 1861.  Entered Service October 16th 1919
Where stationed- Shipping Dept , Grade- Trimming Inspector. Rate of Pay 60 shillings.
It then goes onto date of removal (from Post) and info on Date and amount of increase or decrease this is about his pay.
