Hi, I have two relatives who may have worked at the docks. One, George Tucker Coombes, who was a blacksmith and, I think, helped to build the old gates.  He died in 1896.  Also, William James who was a rope maker.  I think he died in 1902.  It ould be great if they did work at the docks and were included n your information.

i have an owen rowlands dob -1867, supposed to be a dock labourer in 1901

not sure what dates you go to but my nan was a crane operator her dob is 1916, her name was annie (reed) rowlands
