Coleraine Chronicle, 20 Jan.1866: At. St. George's Church, Dublin, on 17th instant, by the Rev. Thomas Twigge, Vicar of Swords, assisted by the Rev. George Blacker, rector of Maynooth (cousins of the bride), Robert Kyle Knox, Esq., New Row, Coleraine, son of the late Robert William John Knox, Esq., of Ardpatrick, co. Tyrone, to Sara, youngest daughter of John Twigge, Esq., late Captain 80th Regiment.

Robert Kyle Knox was solicitor in Coleraine. Also have some births from paper if you are interested. And some Twigg deaths which may or may not be the same connetion.

Also have marriages: John J. Twigg in 1868, Samuel Knox Twigg in 1867 & Sarah Elizabeth Twigg in 1845.

Aghadowey

That would be lovely to have more of their details please.

I am wondering if Samuel Knox was also in the army, solicitor or ministry(as most of the family seem to be) and IF Samuel and Elizabeth were from Belfast would their marriage have taken place there(1838).

A thomas Twigge was at Rev Garnet Sr funeral in Belfast in 1768

Thank you so much

Steve
