Considering, that Henry Parker DUC(K)ET(T) etc, is also a bit of a mystery in the earlier Census, together with very likely looking one in 1901 phrishey found for the son.......
I'm wondering if the family had a strong Army/Services background and that Henry Parker D. may have actually been born in Scotland..... this is after finding this below:
