Edit...Ahhh bit of a problem- they are telling my units have expired DOH- I wonder whose fault that is !

Yes it's back. I was locked out after one attempt to log in and had to go through the "forgotten password" routine but that worked fine. I'm now logged on and I have 10 days to use up my remaining units (which is what I had in mid- March when the site was taken down, so that's fair). Now what was it that I wanted to look up ....?

I've just tried, it didn't recognise my existing password, so I requested a new one, I can log in ok now but my units have gone!

I had no problem logging in, but I have noticed that when I click some of the Links I have to Log In Again!

P.S.

I don't like the look of the New Format! (I suppose I will have to re-learn How to navigate around in there!)

I have finally got back in. I had to email them to get my time extended-cos I couldn't use it whilst they were off line!!!

They've given me my units back and added extra time,they were due to expire on the 2nd May- they've now extended that to 11th Aug.

Now who was it I wanted to look for?

Seems more erratic and harder to use than it was before they changed it! Hardly worth the wait...

I had an email today to say the site was now back up and running.  My credits have expired too!

I received an email too and it made me laugh the bit about 'all the experts at Who Do You Think You Are Live' saying it was the best site for BMDs - that certainly wasn't what they were saying in either of the sessions I attended, so I wonder who these experts are!
