I hope I have posted this request in the correct county

Can anybody give me any info on the Pigdons from

Tom Armstrong Pigdon b June qtr 1908 at Castle Ward vol 10b 405.

I have no further info would like to know who his parents, grandparents were etc. Any info would be useful.

This is all circumstantial, as suffolk-sue says, you need the birth certificate to be sure, but:

freebmd has a marriage for John Edward PIGDON  Sep Qu 1903 Castle Ward and on same page is Mary Emily ARMSTRONG

In 1901 census there are only four PIGDON families living in Castle Ward and here's John Edward:

Edward Pigdon head mar 42 Railway Signalman  Newburn
