So more to prove the oral history that Will was a very good young footballer is based on fact! That's good to know.....thankyou  Simon.

I realise that his involvement with football continued to 1910.....see the image I've posted.....

Have you got a year range, Dee?

If so we could put it into one of those what day was programs and find out which year April 1st was on a Saturday  :)

As it was Presentation Night it looks like Will won something again.

What we need now is someone to pop into Kings Lynn and Harrow libraries and look at the sports sections of the local papers.

I'm not sure how close Ricky lives to Kings Lynn  ??? ???

Earliest date I have is 1903 when Will would have been about 18  - to 1911 when he married and came to Australia.......

Ricky used to live not that far away from Kings Lynn.....but now might be a different story I think......
