It's on a soccer ball with the years......doesn't show up very well on here, but is quite legible on the actual photo......

There is a Kings Lynn Football Club that I found on the www - you might want to contact someone there to see if there's some history etc available about Lynn Borough.

The Middlesex County FA Midweek Cup 1908 - 1909 medal was won by a team called Roxeth Institute

The FA couldn't tell me anymore

Roxeth is now a part of Harrow on the Hill, London
