Yorks Family History...Help

First let me apologise if this is not the place to post this.I am at my wits end.A week ago I sent payment and particulars to Yorkshire Family History in York.As of yet I have not received acknowledgement of my order after sending several emails.I live in Canada,does anyone live in the York area and know if this company is still in business or do they have a March break week as we do here?Again I'm sorry if this was inappropiate

Whats the email address after the '@' ?

I wouldn't have thought a week is very long to allow for a letter to arrive from Canada, let alone get processed.  Maybe I am out of date with the postal service?

I thank you for the interest in helping me.This transaction took place all online through paypal.Paypal notified me that payment was made and my bank account shows a little lighter.That is the right web page.I am sure there is a good explanation as to what happened,just that I feel like I've been had.

they seem pretty professional overall - but without any knowledge or feedback its hard to say ...

I would hope its a glitch - they could hardly continue in business with those sort of fees if they were running a scam ....

I wonder if any 'official' Yorks Family History Groups know of them ?
