Hello - I also came across this post randomly - there must be something about the McCanns at this time.
I am looking for a Francis McCann born 1889 - also no known parents etc. Only info is that he spent some time at the seminary in Vallodolid in Spain, served in World War 1 and migrated to Australia in the early 1920s married and had 2 children. Francis was also known as Paddy. He is the mystery man in the family!!

I am also a McCann. My Mccann's come from County Down. Some may of come from Armagh.
