Does anyone know how i can find out about the history of this bridge?
Ive been doing search engine searchs all day and cant find a site that is relevant. Any help?

Sorry cannot find a website for them but Syston does have a History Society, perhaps Leics County Council can help or can you find a local councillor to write too.

hi there ,i think it is on the road that leads up to the fosse,near the Gate hangs well pub.try putting it the search box on rootschat it has some threads on here which may be of help.otherwise try post on the leicester page.hope this helps,elaine

Thanks Elaine! Ive been onto the leicestershire county council forum pages and put an enquiry on there! If i get nothing back im going to write to the rocord office there!
