Hi PhilF,
The only Winifred Cissie Weavers I can find is-

june quarter 1906 Vol 4a page 1149 Mutford Suffolk,

You may need to send for a birth cert to find the name of her parents.

regards Eileen

Is this Palgrave in Suffolk, not far from Diss (which is of course in Norfolk).

Why not try this query on the Suffolk pages?   ;)

SM ...

Every time I find an ancestor,
I have to find two more!

SUFFOLK - Pendle, Stygall, Pipe, Fruer, Bridges, Fisk, Bellamy, Sparham - all link to  Framlingham
DERBY - Bridges and Frost (originally Framlingham/Parham)
NOTTINGHAM - Lambert & Selby
BERKSHIRE/then Hammersmith LDN - Fulker
LDN/MDX - Murray, Clancy, Broker, Hoskins, Marsden, Wilson, Sale

GGfather Michael Wilson born Cork, lived Fulham London - moved to Boston USA 1889, what happened next?

Just a note to say that leaving Diss Norfolk and entering Palgrave Suffolk is hardly noticeable.  It amused me alot to go from home in Suffolk to buy milk from Diss in Norfolk. Well worth looking in both counties in my opinion.
There used to be a fine house in Palgrave called Weavers Mark, a short walk from the village primary school. Coincidence maybe but perhaps a family link there.

Samuel Weavers was a witness to a marriage
6 November 1898 between George Leggett 46 widower- brush maker and Harriet Harold 42 widow at Diss.
His father George Leggett brush maker
Her father James Boar - labourer
Witness William Harrison and Samuel Weavers.

Harriet could be Rosa' older sister.
