The Goldings need a bit more sleuthing. Hezekiah Spittle died early in 1861 - before the census. He is the son of Charles and Elizabeth Spittle and marries Ann Page Golding in 1815 - see
www.familysearch.org She dies in 1838. That makes Ann Page Golding the daughter of the Ann found in the 1841 and 51 census.
Hezekiah Golding born c1801 appears in several census and his son, who is Hezekiah Tuff Golding, is in several census years too. He marries at least twice. Once to Frances Hughes in 1858 then in 1861 he is a widower but by 1871 married to Emily. Augusta is also widowed young.
I don't think HTG is Ann's brother but a cousin. However you would need to get certificates to prove this.
They are obviously all connected but you need to be sure of the various relationships. If you can get the film of the parish records to search at your nearest LDS centre then it might be very helpful.
I belive there may be marriage transcripts for Kent so it might be worth asking for a look up on them. Have look at
www.genuki.com and see what they list.
There is another Hezekiah Golding living in Cambridgeshire - as it is an unusual name you may find they link up further back.
