Gordon / Clark family from Aberdeen to Boston
« on: Tuesday 27 February 07 16:25 GMT (UK) »
Hi I'm looking for Helen Gordon who married Charles Clark in 1895 in Aberdeen they had 2 children James George Gordon Clark born 19/12/1897 and Charles Clarke born 05/01/1901 sometime after the birth of Charles in 1901 they emmigrated to Boston, I know this as Helen Gordon's nephew joined them in 1923 can any one help me to find any records of them moving to the USA and what happened to them once they arrived.
Thank you

Can't seem to find Charles junior at the moment....hope this is your family as you did say they went to Boston.

Do you have them in the 1930 census?

Ethel (who married James George Gordon Clark) is my great great aunt. Her maiden name is Black. I actually have pictures of her and her husband. I'd be very interested in any information you have to share.
Black - Aberdeen
Milton - Aberdeen
Houston - Canada, Ireland, Scotland
Joslyn - Canada, England
Ross - Scotland, Ireland

I am helping the daughter of JAMES GEORGE GORDON CLARK discover her ancestors, and would like to hear from any other researchers of this Aberdeen family.
