The age of the Catherine WADSLEY who was buried at South Kyme in 1848 is given as 66 by the National Burial Index.

I suspect that she may have been the wife of George WADSLEY, living at Sutterton in 1841.  Their ages were given as 55 in 1841.  George was widowed in 1851.  An interesting point is that two of his servants came from South Kyme.  Also, the IGI has one of their children christened at Kyme.  Finally, George WADSLEY was buried at South Kyme in 1869 aged 84.

I am drawn to the conclusion that the 1848 death had nothing to do with the wife/widow of Thomas WADSLEY. :(

Thank you for your help with my missing Catherine. Obviously not my Catherine in the 1841 Census

The 1841 Census info was a great help in tracking down the WADSLEYs.

I will keep looking.

Thank You

Jill
