The site states that Ireland's Old Age Pension Act was introduced in 1908. So firstly, your relative would have to still be alive at that time and 'old' enough to make a claim. Then you would search on his name in the town he was living when he made his claim. So looking at the results for that name I would be very tempted at £1 a go, to order the details for No 17415 in Antrim.
