I'm looking for census information for John Pearce & Mary Ann Pearce. Children are :- George Proctor, Fred, Harry, John. John Pearce was born & died in Newport, Monmouthshire. Ancestry.com has no records for Monmouthshire yet. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I saw your posting of John Pearse.  It seems that we are related.  My grandfather was George Henry Pearce who married Anne Gwenvron Parry the picture on the left.  George Henry as you proably already know son of George Proctor who married Mary Ann Bartlett.  I'd really like to hear from you as I don't know much about the family.  Thanks

I think I have your John Pearce on the 1841 England census at Wrington Parish, Somerset England.  HO107, Piece 933, Folio 12, Page 16.

On the 1851 Wales census, HO107, Piece 2452, Folio 416, Page 28. On this census, he has his two brothers staying with him and his wife Mary Ann and their daughter.   

I hope this is the right family for you.
