Hi, I would be very garetful if anyone can provide any census info on a chap called Owen Owen in either the 1841 or 1851 census in the county of Stafordshire. Occupation Engineer. Father of Richard Owen, Boiler Maker. 
Knowles, Hulstone, Green, Davies, Lovatt, Gibson, Allen, Pickford, Oliver, Buck, Morley, Watkinson

Hi, do you know any areas within Staffordshire where Owen Owen may be located?

The 1841 census is not indexed, so it would be a case of trawling through hundreds of images.
