hi,

Looking for any information from the 1891 or 1901 Census.  Previous census says they were a family of blacksmiths. Also the the 1841 - 1881 census has them all born in Eastleach.

They are from the township of Eastleach Turville or Lechlade in the county of Gloucestershire, England. My great grandfather was Fredrick Henry Wheeler (Born: 25/April/1857) who emigrated to Australia and he had 2 sisters:
Lavina (B: abt. 1863-5: and Eliza(B:abt.1860-2);
and two brothers:
Jesse(B:abt.1865-7) and William(B:abt.1856-8).
Frederick Wheeler's Parents were:
Thomas Wheeler(B:abt.1832) and Mary Symonds(B:abt.1833).
Mary's father was a William Syomonds (B:abt.1804).
Thomas had 4 brothers:
William(B:abt.1856-8), Edward (B:abt.1836), Henry (B:abt.1840) and Joseph(B:abt.1840-1).
Also had 2 sisters: Sarah(B:abt.1844) and Louisa(B:abt.1834).
Their parents were Edward Wheeler(B:abt.1806-7) and Elizabeth?(B:abt.1809-1811).

Any information or help would be grateful.
Cheers
Mark

Thanks for the Info, (though its a bit late) is there any info from the 1901 census?

Now what happen to the other family members?  ???

Would someone be able to do a death search for me on the other family members?

Hello Mark

You have a complicate request here - probably why no-one replied!

You are looking for quite a lot of people at once.  Might I suggest that you post separate enquiries for each brother or sister, as they are likely to be living separately in 1901?

You are not clear about whose deaths you are searching for.  It seems unlikely that the siblings deaths will be among the free BMD records, but that would be a good place to start.

You can refer back to this thread (using the URL above) in order to help people with other searches & prevent duplication.

kind regards, Arranroots  ;)
