I do have the census records. Thomas who married Annie Ormerod was married to Eliza Jane Jones in 1865 and they had 5 children together. Thomas remarried in 1879. Thomas and Eliza's last child was born 1878 in Pickering township.

Was Thomas Hopkins a butcher?  There is a death registration for Eliza Ann Hopkins in Uxbridge April 23, 1879.  If that's her I'll post the details.

Karen someone on roots chat said they found a death for George Hopkins in York in 1905 but I don't have the exact date or any details
