1871 Look Up Please ~ Kilbarchan
« on: Thursday 25 January 07 19:33 GMT (UK) »
Hi There

I am doing some research for a distant cousin who has Houston relatives. I think I have the family in the 1861 census at Steeple Square, Kilbrachan. Adam Houston aged 10   Alexr Houston 3  David Houston 47  Henry Houston 1  Jean Houston (Nee Speirs or Spiers) 44  John Houston 6  Mary Houston 17  Robert Houston 12  Walker Houston 15 (could be Walter)

I have Adam Cunningham Houston with his family in 1881 English census but cant find Adam who was a joiner, in the 1871 English census.  He was born in Kilbarchan - can anyone help me with his whereabouts in 1871?

Cheers
Jan
