However it comes not from Uk

Yes, Trish, that is quite likely I suppose.
The ship Levuka was a steamer built in 1910 in Glasgow
It seems to have been named after Levuka Fiji. so it possibly viited the South SEas en route.

the  Port code doesn't  mean  country  of  origin

as  per  provic  source  it  says

Far as I know Jenn, F means Foreign port, B British and N New Zealand - where the boat came from - not where the passengers were born. If the lass came from England, one would have thought B for British Port - but if she had a stopover in Asia - F would be the one  :)

I could be corrected - I often get it wrong

The codes may very well mean both series and home port.
with the categories coded using the point of origin for ease and common-sense
