granfathers marriage

 I am trying to find my grandfathers marriages. His name was Henry Johnson from Birmingham. He was recorded as wire mattress maker in 1901 census. Married twice first wife surname Bailey I believe, second wife christian  named Kate. Any help appreciated. He was born1866 died 1939 resided at 104 Third Avenue Small heath birmingham.

I do not have access to marriage records, but found the following on the 1891 Birmingham census
RG12/2389, Folio 142, Page 34.  
ED28 at #5 Florence Terrace
JOHNSON, Henry 27, Warehouseman
                 Kate, 25, wife
                 Henry C., 4 months
                 Kate E., 2
All born Birmingham, All living Birmingham.
Grub
Bayley, Dorset, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cheshire and others.
Antrobus, Somerset/Glouster
Skelton, Heslington, Yorkshire
James, Norfolk, and London
Delasalle, London area
Gravett/Grevet, Surrey
Also searching the above in Australia

1.  dec . q.1883 6d 103 Kate Stretton
2.  sept. q.1896 6d 120 Kate Parker
3.  june. q.1897 6d  16  Clara Bailey

Hi Celia,
Did you get my reply to your info? Iwas wondering if I had sent it to the wrong person. Just in case your search proved to be a success as the 3rd entry proved to be what I am looking for.Info just in from my sister in Aussie says he joined the Quaker movement around this time so perhaps this is why I am having trouble finding his marriagf to Kate. This wedding must be between 1906 and 1939. If you can help I will be very grateful.

Hi Jim ,yes got your reply,glad it was of some help.
 I can't help any more at the moment  as I don't have access to any info' any later than the first few years of the 1900's. I 'll have a look to see if I can find anything  when I next visit my family history centre! maybe someone else may come up with something in the meantime. regards ,Celia.

Stop Press new info just discovered in old forgotten papers. Clara Bailey could possibly be given names and surname Cox.
 Kate died 17/09/1951 aged 78 Cremated 2nd October at Perry Barr crematorium.
Hope this info proves useful, I am still struggling.
