Hi Joanna
I am trying to find information for my great grandfather Frederick James MARSH, who died sometime in 1944 in Cowra. We know he was buried there but have failed to locate the grave. If you could pass on any info i would really appreciate your help.
Cheers
Lynne

Hi Lynne

I looked for Frederick Marsh but couldn't find any sorry about that, there are some unmarked graves and some that can't be read so perhaps he is one of those.

Cheers

Hi Lee

I found Mary Jane Godfrey Died 8th August 1917 aged 84 years, erected by son Patrick. I also found the following:
William John King Godfrey Died 29 April 1939 age 67, son of William George Godfrey and Mary Jane King, Born London UK, not married, Died at Cowra.
Your Mary Jane is burried between my two great aunties.....
Hope this helps.
Cheers

Thanks so much for the friendly and speedy reply. I was wondering if it was at all possible for you to give me the 'address' of the grave - row number etc.  Do you know (sorry to be such a pain) if there is any transcript??

I dont know of the William King Godfrey but you have given me something to look into.

Thanks again.
Lee
