I know its ancient history being an old posting ..but better late than never . I have James being married to Eleanor 1809..In my tree James being the son of Joseph Nicholls my 5 x Grandfather ..I dont however have a link to John Nicholls Sarah Moulston ?...Thanks Craig

Yes I know my post was a long time ago, but I'm still researching. Thanks for your message.

I have James 1776 married to Eleanor  in my tree, but am happy to be proven wrong.

Was your James born in 1758 or 1776? I Have James  b1758  the son of Joseph and Susannah Williams, and James 1777,  nephew of James 1758 and  son of  John  1760 and Sarah Moulson.

I am an Australian 4th great grandaughter of John trying to piece together a Nichols tree. You will notice that the spelling in Aust has been changed to Nichols.

My James is dated 1758 son of Joseph and Susannah  Williams ...I myself are Nicholls in Aust not Nichols however one of myancestor Nicholls married a Nichols wich adds to the confusion more ..some one else 
has tried to connect the convict Nichols/Pugh to my tree but i could not find the conclusive link. Could you PM your tree if any . Mine is on H Nicholls Beswick...Thanks Craig
