I have found the grave of my wifes 2xgreatgraandfather buried in Mt Jerome cemetery.I contacted the office and the people gave me the details of the burial and said they did not know if there was a headstone.As I live in NZ .I was wondering if anyone who goes there could tell me if there is a headston e or find and take aphoto of the grave for me Please.I would be most gratefull.

Joseph Mullowney Wilson buried 09/07/1854 aged 56 Buried in grave C130-1810. also buried in grave is Alice Blacker 1864, Florence Blacker 1865, Hannah Blacker 1865 and Laura Blacker 1866.These are his Granddaughters. If you find the grave could you tell me who is close by, as we hope to come to Ireland in the next couple of years and it would help us to find the grave thank you .

Mount Jerome is a very large cemetery and the grave reference should have at least a section reference also. 

I have a map I can look up but need more information to do so.

Usually they provide more information than you seem to have received.

Based on there being five burials of different names, presumably not related people, this could be a “common grave” not solely owned. If this is the case there will be no headstone as in this cemetery only the sole owner has the right to put one up.

But they were related - OP said they were granddaughters.

Office staff are very helpful and if you visit will give good directions to locate the grave.
