 ???  trying to find Annie Victoria Arnold b 1890 Cork.ireland..but she emgrated to ontario canada..

With a date of 1890, you should be able to easily get a birth cert for her from the Births, Marriages and Deaths office in Cork city itself.  I don't know if they respond to postal requests, but they are very helpful if you call in.
