Yes the beneficiary, but the phone number I found is of a younger person and she doesn't know our Elizabeth.

I could contact the Law Society Archives - but would there be anything more than we have in the Will?
I could contact either of the Solicitors - ditto

Is it worth contacting the witness - if she is still living and at the same address?
Is it worth seeing who is living at the other address? where the beneficiary and Elizabeth were both living at the time she wrote the will?

Is it worth trying to follow up on the Richards who were living in Orrell and Ford in the 1901 census?
What about the Creases?

As you say no death in that name post will date so maybe some one that worked there?

Tazzie - would she have left the whole of the rest of her estate to somebody who worked there?  I would have thought maybe a good friend ........
