In 1926 Kelly's Directory of Liverpool there was a Robert Stead of The Croft, Grange Lane, Gateacre

Hi Wendi !

Wonder if that will make a difference to us ... the address is different ! I was thinking "The Cot" was similar to Cottage !!  or did you guys know all along - it meant "Croft" ....... maybe I've been away too long !!
