Mrs T

Thanks for that and I think a Glasgow resident would be more than welcome  :D
Now why didn't you see this thread last week before I came to Glasgow - we could have done a trawl of places.

I would have loved a trawl about but unfortunately time away from business wouldn't have been on the cards.

I tend only to be on the site whilst I am trying to have my lunch at the same time.

A hard one. Don't mind where but for anyone coming in who's not Scottish the people's Palace will be a delight because will show how their folks lived.

I don't like Lighthouse especially but would still come.

Oh and you can get bus from galsgow Central to queen st quite easily if folks need it. Peope's Palce is only a mile and half out of city centre, has parking  and all on flat with lifts inside.

Hey ho!

Hi Monique

I'm sure that anyone who's interested in meeting up in Glasgow will catch onto this thread in due course, without Gadget or anyone else having to trawl through dozens of posts to assemble a list of possible attendees.  Let's remember that setting up a meeting is a purely voluntary affair.  Personally, I'm happy to leave the organisation in the capable hands of Gadget, julianb et al, and wait a few more weeks for some firmer details.

And of course, anyone can set up a meet (or a mini-meet!) - Keith Batemen ad I are considering a mini-meet inthe Cheshire area (or maybe somewhere else) in the spring.  Caps will be optional

Cheers

Paul
