Richard T. UREN in 1901
« on: Monday 08 January 07 00:14 GMT (UK) »
Could someone please look for Richard UREN and his wife, Margaret in the 1901 census. Richard was born ca. 1858 in St. Just in Penwith. In 1891 he was in St. Just, with Margaret, born St. Just;  no children. Many thanks.

Nikkei,

I have had a look at 1901 for you and can't see any obvious candidates for the couple you are looking for.
The only Urens I can see in St Just is a Charlie age 74 widower with Charles age 41 and Caroline Jane age 33 presumably children. I know these aren't the right ones but you may recognise them as relatives of the family you are looking for.
I have looked for both Richard and Margaret individually considering the possibility that one or the other had passed away by 1901.
Have you considered this as a possibility? i.e. that they had passed away between the two census's.

Regards
Clive

Clive, thank you very much for looking. I guess it is a possibility that they died... or maybe immigrated. The Charles that you found would have been his brother I believe.  Thanks again,
Nikkei
