Hi Yogi...I can only find one Frederick (no Fred) Archer born in Cambridgeshire that is even close...He is born in 1881 and in 1901 is living with his parents William and Emma.

I will type him up for you.....

In 1881, John and Mary are living at New Cut Cottage in Thorney, Cambridgeshire.....with children.
